Fill out our contact form or call Joseph directly at 815-757-3022. We will ask a few questions about your property, then schedule a site visit. We generally require to walk a property before giving recommendations or pricing.

Site visits are free for projects within our service area. After walking the property, we give you a clear scope and cost before anything starts.

Generally, no. Terrain, vegetation, access, and project scope all affect cost significantly.
To provide some context, our base rates start at:
Day rate for brush and tree mowing (up to 6” trees) - $1,600
Open trails and shooting lanes - starting at $1,600
Land clearing - starting at $2,500 an acre
Demo and clean up - starting at $4,000
Snow plowing - starting at $300 an acre
Salt - starting at $400 an acre
Chipping - starting at $240 an acre
Rock hauling for driveways and trails - starting at $250 per tandem dump truck load

We look at land the way a horticulturalist would, thinking about what is already growing, what role it plays, and how to manage it rather than remove it. Many clients choose us specifically because they want to preserve what is valuable in their landscape, not wipe the slate clean.
-
Both. We can help you think through what a trail system should look like, where a food plot makes sense, how to approach pasture renovation, or what a realistic cleanup scope looks like. We would rather have that conversation upfront.

Work requiring engineered plans, state certifications, permitted pipe laying, or a professional engineer stamp. Also, no residential driveways or suburban lawn and landscape work, but there’s some overlap on farmsteads. We do have access to subs for plumbing and electrical when we are doing infrastructure improvements. For commercial snow, retainer contracts only, no individual residential calls.
